Each year at the Annual General Meeting a new Management Committee is elected. The function of the committee is to oversee the running of the playgroup, manage finances, deal with any staffing issues, complete grant forms, organize fund raising events and provide support and assistance to the Complex Co-ordinator and her staff.
The Management Committee is made up of a Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and general committee members. The committee meets once every 5-6 weeks with meetings lasting between 1-1.5 hours.
